The RecruitMan team is led by managing director and founder of RecruitMan, Lawrie Munro, who brings enormous experience, understanding and ability to the recruitment process.
He was self-employed at the age of 25, running his own construction business and employing people.
The fascination of recruiting and building relationships with employees over the next 30 years led him to set up RecruitMan as a specialist recruiter to the construction industry in 1996.
