Our client operates a well established, Building Services consultancy and work on a wide range of projects both nationally and internationally. They have the expertise and reputation to deliver a total package of building services designs and are passionate about incorporating ESD into their projects. They have achieved 6 Star Green Star Design Ratings and As Built Ratings for a number of their projects.
As a Senior Mechanical Designer, You will have considerable Mechanical Design, Drafting and Project Management experience within the Australian Building Services industry, working on medium to large scale commercial projects.
Under the supervision of a Senior Engineer, Your duties will include:
Design of Mechanical Services and preparation of Specifications, Reports and Documentation to meet Australian Standards and the BCA
Attendance onsite to perform measurements, data logging etc
CAD drafting, typical drawing office duties and quality control
Preparation of Fee Proposals and Budget Estimates
Attendance at Pre-Project Meetings
Liaison with Clients, Architects, Builders, Contractors & Governing Authorities
In addition, You to have excellent Time Management and Team Work skills plus strong skills and proficiency with the latest AutoCAD.
