They now require a suitably qualified and experienced Civil Construction Manager to join their team, based in Darwin.
Your broad civil construction experience will serve you well as you will be required to co-ordinate resources, plant & staff and will be responsible for the management and delivery of contracts. You will also require:
Relevant qualifications plus Senior level management experience within the Civil Contracting Industry
Demonstrated experience managing and programming large civil engineering projects up to $50M. Projects such as Site Works, Roads, Highways, Subdivisions.
Outstanding project management and time management skills
Estimating experience.
Finely tuned Business Development skills, contractual knowledge and a high degree of commercial acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to forge strong relationships as well as influence and motivate
A package of $225K (Negotiable) is on offer to secure the best candidate.
